    Hi,
    The Woodmart theme website has been running for over 3 years without any problems, but recently the online store stopped working properly.
    1. When I select a product and click “add to cart”, it doesn’t stop spinning and doesn’t add the product to the cart.
    2. Also the shopping cart in the right sidebar is empty, while it shows the number of products it already contains

    I have updated the theme and all its plugins.
    I have disabled all plugins except WPML and woocommerce, but the problem remains.
    Finally switching to another default theme (Twenty Twenty Five) solves the problem.
    Please can you check it?

    May I disable the 3rd party plugins and enable the default/parent theme for testing?

    When adding to the cart, it shows the 500 error – , could you please send the error logs from your server?

    Hello,

    This happens due to the expired license in the WPML – so either disable it or update it in your WPML account.

    Hi,
    as I mentioned in the 1st post recently the online store stopped working properly.
    – The WPML plugin has not been updating for over 3 years
    – Switching to Storefront theme (Automatic) solves the problem. Pls check these 2 images which shows that it works with Storefront.

    Is there some incompatibility between WoodMart theme and WPML plugin?

    Hello,

    At the moment, we have noticed some issues with WPML on your website that need to be resolved:
    Additionally, the WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency plugin is not functioning correctly — it doesn’t add the necessary settings to the WooCommerce tab:
    This is also causing other errors on the site. Once the WPML issues are fixed, the remaining problems are likely to disappear as well.

    I will immediately upgrade wpml and I hope you are right and it is wpml that is causing the problem.

    Hello,

    We have also added a workaround to our theme’s code. But, anyway, you have to fix these issues with WPML because they may affect other places of your website.
