    Hi,

    I’ve just tried enabling the add to cart stick on product page for both desktop and mobile but nothing happens and it doesn’t’ work. Are you able to check and let me know how I can get this to work.

    Another issue with cart.

    The cart side widget now looks different to how it use to be.

    Now it looks like https://prnt.sc/eYqTo2dVxlcH – there’s a show button (not necessary), padding on left and right side of buttons are gone so buttons are full length up to the edge. ‘View cart’ shouldn;t appear – I had a css code on the backend so ‘View cart’ doesn’t appear. Also the buttons were always at the bottom of the cart widget.

    There’s something wrong with it and its worse. I don’t really know why it suddenly changed to this – for the last months it looks fine. Our empty card use to look like this: https://prnt.sc/fkll9woXenuC but now look like this https://prnt.sc/dGZi4y-yu688

    Also, I want to add – apart from the issue with the cart widget design being broken and not looking like it use to – When you initially go on the site usually before I can click on cart when I first land on the site but now the cart isn’t clickable and there’s about a 15 seconds wait period being able to view it. This wasn’t an issue before when the design was perfectly fine. Suddenly all settings have changed and design and functionality have disappeared.

    The issue is – the change of design doesn’t stay and goes back to the wrong design. One minute I see the change of design and then next refresh and testing its gone again. It doesn’t stay put but the empty cart design is still not correct and not how it use to looks before – as per above images shown.

    Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate the parent theme then check back.

    If the problem still continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and tell me then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

    The issue still there. I can’t leave the site with deactivated plugins and have a broken site while the site is live – your support doesn’t respond fast enough for me to live the site without all our plugins activated and have customers browsing a broken site.

    You will have to do the deactivation again yourself and activate parent them so you can do the full testing and fix issues when you’re ready. Waiting for your response 8-24 hours at a time for a ticket to be responded to is too long to leave a live site broken.
