add to cart swtich to qty on click

is there anyway we can achieve this functionality that when a user click on add to cart the button changes to qty to be able to add or reduce more. please check that attached video or description:

Sorry, but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that.

It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
