Add to Cart & Thank You Page Bugs

    I recently purchased and installed the WoodMart theme. However, I’m facing a few issues:

    – The popup add-to-cart feature isn’t appearing.
    – The thank you page doesn’t show up after checkout.
    – The order confirmation email isn’t being sent.

    I’ve attached a screenshot for reference.

    Hello,

    01. Navigate to Theme Settings > Shop > Shopping cart widget > Choose action after add to cart button.

    Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Enable AJAX add to cart buttons on archives.

    Also, navigate to WoodMart > Header Builder > Edit Current Header > Configure cart Settings for both mobile and desktop, and choose the cart position “Hidden Sidebar”.

    02. Navigate to Theme Setting > Shop > Thank you page -> enable the option Default “Thank you page” content.

    Also make sure the checkout page contains [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode.

    03. Please navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Emails to manage emails.

    Add to Cart Done
    While the thank you & email don’t
    The thank you page (after checkout page) appears when order is placed by logging account.
    Don’t come when the order is placed as a guest.

    Hello,

    You have checked with the default theme, and the issue remains, which means it is not our theme issue.

    Please contact the WooCommerce community in this regard. They will guide you better because this functionality comes from WooCommerce.

    Hope you are doing well
    I have tried via new Layout for Checkout Thank You page by Woodmart Theme Layout
    Still same Empty Cart Error.
    Could you check please?

    Hello,

    Since the issue also happens with a default theme, it’s not caused by WoodMart layouts. The problem is related to WooCommerce itself or another plugin/configuration because it is WooCommerce functionality and our theme does not influence that.
