ADD TO QUOTE button is moved down to wishlist when it is in Out of stock mode

my ADD TO QUOTE button is moved down to wishlist when it is on Out of stock mode, i’d like to keep it beside Out of stock, can you help? please!

Hello,

I saw the screenshot you attached and visited your website. Unfortunately, you couldn’t move the ADD to quote button beside the out of stock text on the single product page. Because the add to cart button is set not to display for the out of stock products. That’s why the quote button is moved to the next line on out of stock products. If we try and add Custom CSS it would disturb its appearance for the In stock products.
