Added to cart popup plugin

Hi,
I use the following plugin on a number fo sites, as it is easy customizable in the plugin code, and i can easy add functions to it and display upset products.
I experience a problem. When using the plugin, the popup from Woodmart still shows. I have tried disabling AJAX, and the popup seems to work, but the content inside the popup will disappear.

I understand that. Is there any function or hook that I can use, to insert products under the buttons in the added to cart popup from the theme? We use a plugin for product recommendations and want to display them.
