Adding a notification tab

Hi

I have a woodmart theme with WCFM and WooCommerce.
I would like to add a notifications tab on the home page for both buyers and sellers.

I would like a notifications button on the dropdown list (red text box). At the moment, the notifications is in the back end for vendors, on the dashboard. I need the notification tab on the home page for BOTH vendors and buyers.

At the moment, sellers have a notification tab on their seller dashboard, but in order to access it, they need to go to my-account>dashboard>seller-dashboard>notifications. If there are any notifications, there needs to be a small circle by the “Hello Nabe” with a number of notifications (similar to favourites), accessible on ALL pages.

I would like the same for buyers who get notifications direct to their email. but instead of it going to their email, i want it to be similar to the pic below.

Kindly let me know how to achieve this

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

Sorry, but there is no such option in our theme and WCFM by default. It may require additional code customization or extra plugin but we don’t have an instruction for this. It is out of our theme support scope.
