Adding a Pre Built Page

I am using woodmart, I have most of my website finished. I need to add a few pre-built pages, but im not sure how to access them to add a page, without changing the theme. I tried navigating to my woodmart theme, but selecting my theme started to re-import all the original theme pages. I just want to browse woodmart pre-built pages and add ONE page. Where can I find this?
