adding a product category

Hi. After adding a product category to the menu, I was able to configure the HTML blocks and other settings from within the category. However, now when I add a new category, the HTML blocks and other settings options no longer appear. What could be causing this problem, and how can I fix it? The attached photos show the old and new states. Menu name: Mega electronics. I would appreciate your help.

You need to resave the menu, after that additional options appear.
