Adding a tick box and text beside it on the checkout page

How do I add a tick box and text beside it on the checkout page, just before the pay-button. See the attatched.

And also, following WooCommerce, it is possible to set the Terms page in the settings, so the tick-box is shown on the checkout-page. See under Page setup, in the link.

Sorry I have sent the wrong reply. It is not possible to move the checkbox on the checkout page. In order to enable the Terms and conditions checkbox, you need to create the page Terms and conditions and set it in the Woocommerce > Settings > Advanced

You cannot integrate the newsletter into the checkout. You can add a popup with newsletter form into the header or footer https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/promotional-pop-ups/

Yes, it is. Someone else is using this template and they have a tick box for the newsletters, right under the customers information. 🙂 See the link

The default Woocommerce does not have the Newsletter box and our theme does not influence this. Perhaps they use some kind of Woocommerce newsletter plugins. Try to search for a plugin.
