Adding content after Product Category Page title

Hi, I am trying to add some content after the entry title of the product category, but nothing seems to work.
The only way i’ve managed to get it to work is by editing the theme file: template-tags.php
The problem is that with every theme update i need to change it again.
I have tried to copy the file to my child theme, with the exact path, but it’s not working.
Is there another way?

I have done what you said, with the HTML block, but it adds at the bottom of the page, not where i need it to be.

You can change the location of the product category description in the Theme Settings > Product Archives > Product category description.

But its stiil not where i need it.
Its need to nbe before the main content area, I need it in the page title div.
