Adding Cross Sell on Add To Cart Pop

Hey, Basel team! Just wanted to start by saying this is a great theme and probably my best purchase on Themeforest so far.

I just had a quick question regarding editing the “Shopping Cart” widget that shows up after a user clicks “Add to Cart”.

How can we go about adding WooCommerce cross-sells and/or upsells on this widget? I was hoping to add “You May Also Like…” or “Related Products” on this.

If you can point me in the right direction, I can probably handle implementing the code.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

We are glad to know that you considered using WoodMart for your web-site. I hope you will be happy with it.

Our shopping cart widget code is located in the file called woodmart/woocommerce/cart/mini-cart.php. Unfortunately, we don’t have a quick solution to add cross-sells and upsells there and it requires additional code customization to achieve this.

This is actually in reference to the Basel theme. Would this still be the best place to alter the code?

We are sorry, yes, Basel theme has the same template file for this.
