Adding dynamic price to opt-in checkbox description during checkout

If a customer chooses to purchase a subscription product, I would like to add a custom opt-in checkbox on the checkout page that reflects their agreement to the subscription terms and displays the unique price of their subscription product. This is a requirement from the merchant processor.

Relatedly, if a customer doesn’t have a subscription product, I would like this opt-in box to not appear at all.

I am able to edit the opt-in checkbox at checkout with new text, but unable to incorporate a price wrapper that will reflect the unique price of whichever subscription product their purchasing. See attached screenshot of example provided to us by the merchant processor

This is Woocommerce functionality and WoodMart theme does not influence or have the option to configure that.

You will need either to customize Woocommerce or search for a plugin/addon to achieve your goal.
