ADDING FEATURES OR TEXT TOP OF MENU…?

I want to know if i can add any kind of instruction or text here, so when people hover on that section, it informs them what this section of the menu is, as we will have 2 sections – one ‘wholedsale’ and one ‘bespoke’ and they sort of overlap….

Is it possible to have text or something at the top?

These are HTML Blocks of the Menu item. Navigate to Appearance > Menu > Check the HTML Blocks and edit this with page builder and then you can add texts to the menus https://ibb.co/5nCG8L7
