Navigate to Theme Settings > Shop > Free Gifts, then enable the location option for “Checkout”.
If the issue remains, share the product page url where the free gift configure along with the wp logins details so i will further check on your site and give you a possible solution.

Try to increase the PHP Max Input Vars parameter to 10000 or higher in your PHP configuration. You can contact your hosting provider for help on this matter and check how it works.
If the issue remains, please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and clear the server cache, and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
If the issue still remains, let me know and I will check and give you a possible solution.

I did all of it – Vars to 12000 and also disabled all plugins with no help.
Please we need a solution for this as we have a lot of problems with customers trying to add gift complain they dont succeed.Attachments:

For testing this issue, please try to create a Staging platform where you can test issues, enable/disable features/plugins, thus such changes will affect the main site. Also, share the WP login details of the staging site so I can further check on your staging site and troubleshoot the issue.

After checking your site, we noticed that the checkout page is set to use the Elementor Full Width template (https://monosnap.com/file/jAT7WEFMQNPEvr3p5Tcgyf1DIJhbsj
). This template changes the page structure, which is why some options are not working as expected.To resolve this issue, you need to switch from Elementor Full Width to Default.
It seems that you used the Elementor Full Width template to remove the sidebar from the page. However, our theme already has a dedicated option for this purpose (https://monosnap.com/file/cFtWOPyphsTQpxVqZ8aiPNxwS0y17N), which will also remove the sidebar. We recommend using that option instead.
