Adding HTML Block Above Category Content

Hi,
In Products -> Categories I have added an HTML block below the category page main content, see https://www.youraromatherapy.co.uk/bodycare-range/.
How can I add this category-specific HTML block above the shop content (marked on image attached) – where the page banner would normally be?
I want to be able to add different HTML blocks to different categories.

That’s great, however the HTML block background image obscures the left hand panel widget content.
Is there any way to force it into the width of the product grid so it sits above the products & to the right of the widget content?
