Adding language changers

Hi, hope you are doing well. I want to add a language switcher to the top bar of the homepage, however, I cannot find any settings to display it. What should I do to display both my current language and russian?

I do not use WPML, I only have loco translate. Isnt it possible to add language switcher with loco translate?

Language switcher is provided by multilingual plugins.

Loco does not create a multilingual site, it requires one language to another. Loco cannot have swticher.
