Adding Language Switcher and RTL Version after Arabic Translation

As per the documentation, I’ve successfully translated the theme files into Arabic using Loco Translate. Kindly guide me on how to add a language switcher to the theme and enable the RTL (Right-to-Left) version of the theme.

The RTL mode and layout will auto-apply on the site and frontend when you select the RTL language from the WP settings. Please navigate to the Settings >> General >> Select the RTL language for the site, then save it: https://ibb.co/v6pq0G5C
