Adding List Of Towns On Checkout Page + Show Only One State

HI,

I want my checkout page to display only 1 state “Florida USA” instead of a dropdown.

Secondly, I want my city/town to show a dropdown.

LIST OF AREAS:
———————-
– Delaney Park
– Audubon Park
– Colonialtown North
– Baldwin Park

I want my shipping calculations to be made according to the area and weight.

p.s: I have already installed flexible shipping plugin for weight based shipping calcultion.

All these options are configured in Woocommerce > Settings > Shipping/General. Our theme does not have these options.
