adding phone number in the register box

I saw the screenshot you attached. There is no option in Theme Settings available to add a phone number field in the register form. Because the login/register is WooCommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence this.

Sorry we are unable to help you, this is out of our scope.

You can try adding any third party plugin that better meets your requirements.
