Adding Product in Cart Issue when product select from Product Page

Dear Support Team,

There is another issue we are facing, when we try to add product specially single product from cart, then it shows cart loading sign and seems product adding progress. despite when we refresh the page only can see product already been added to the cart, mostly in background during loading sign.

Appreciate your help to solve this issue urgently. attach herewith picture and video upload public link for the scenario.

I watched the video you attached.

Please deactivate all the third-party plugins, activate the parent theme clear cache, and check back.

If the problem continues then leave all the third-party plugins and provide with the admin panel login details of the website with the permissions to debug then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

We identify the issue, the issue was due to custom footer we use, however we will remove custom footer and use default footer.
