Adding products to cart sometimes doesn't work

Hello there, I hope you are doing great.
1-I am not sure what “Login form in sidebar” is for (I attach a picture).
2-Sometimes when the user add a product to the cart, it shows that it has been added, but the cart shows zero until he adds the same product again (now it shows 2 products). Is there any way to fix this issue (the product must be added to the cart the first time).

Hi,
1. This option changes the appearance of the login form in your header but it works only on the ECommerce header layout.
2. Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?
