Adding Products to Compare Products list in 1 user account will to other account

Steps to reproduce:
1. Login
2. Add multiple items to Compare Products List
3. Sign out and login to different user account and notice that the same items are present in the Compare Product list of this user as well
Actual Behaviour:
Adding Products to Compare Products list in 1 user account will add the same products for all user accounts(Compare Products)
Expected Behaviour:
Compare Products should not be added to other user accounts

May be there is an issue with the 3rd party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I will check and give you a possible solution.

In default theme page also, it is showing same issue.

Once we click on compare button, than it will direct to “compare page”. once you come back for the same above product url, the symbol is again untick. but it should be ticked as the item is already added to the compare list
