Hi, I would like to know if with your theme I can achieve the following two results:

In short, I would like to be able to add an href with technical documentation to each product, or directly upload a file with such documentation.

Thanks for your patience.

There is no such an option by default. You need to find a third party plugin to achieve more functionality that best suits you.
