Additional pages don't work

Hi,

I have installed the theme and imported the datas.
I wanted to add a maintenance page with “additionnal page” menu but the page didn’t appear.
It is the same issue with “Custom-404”.
May be I made something wrong.

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

Please make sure you have installed and activated all the required plugins from Appearance > Install plugins.

If it does not help, deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area
