How do you add this popup? Enter the editing page and check the Popup element more likely you have added by means on this element. You will find the shortcode with ID. Navigate to Dashboard > Contact, find and edit the form.

at product dashboard we do not want add regular price, how to disabled the same ?

there is no option as you mentioned at product tab

There is no option to show promo popup on every page your customer visit. It will be very annoying and you will lose your visitors.

we dont want promo pop up on every page, we just want every time visitor visit our site it should be opened at home page only

Sorry, but there is no such option. Any promo popup on other themes and websites is shown only once and then hidden for a few days.
