Go to Theme Settings > Single Product > Tabs > Additional tabs > enter the tab title and insert the content type in the form of text and HTML blocks.

If you want to add tabs for all products then go to theme settings > Single Product > tabs > additional tabs. You can add 3 additional tabs.
And if you want to use tabs separately for every product then you can add the tabs in the edit product page in the product settings. You can add two tabs for every product.
