Additional variations images Thumbnails layout

Hello,
I have many products defined with variable product in woocommerce.
I set a setting “Additional variations images”, in “theme Settings” and in my product “Variation Image Gallery” i choose many images for my products.

I want to see in product page a layout with thumbnails position with Left (vertical position) like works with woocommerce single product, and i can see the images variation only is visible when i click in arrows left and right upon the product image.

Is it something I’m doing wrong? How can I define this layout for the variations?

Hello,

I saw the screenshot you attached.

Please Go to Theme Settings >> Product Page >> Images and set the thumbnails layout.

I already have this definition chosen according to the Screenshot and even then this functionality only appears to me if I have the product defined as single.

Before writing on the forum I already had this change in this way.

I saw the screenshots you attached.

Please edit the product and try adding gallery images to the product as well. Then clear cache and check back.

If the problem still continues then provide with the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

When adding images to the product I can already see correctly, but if I just want to have galleries in the variations, is it not possible to have the thumbnail layout format?

Sorry but this is how it works. You need to add gallery images to the product itself then the thumbnails will be displayed for the variations as well.

Thank you for your information.
You can improve this in next release of theme?
It made sense to work that way only in the variation galleries.

My client asked to have only one image on the product and each variation to have its gallery, but it had to be in the thumb layout left format.

For now and I am forwarding this to our development department for considering adding it in the theme, but I am not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may occur theme heaviness. Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.
