Adjust Header height and menu

Hello,

I am trying to adjust the Header on my website so that it doesn’t have the extra space and line directly above the banner image. I have tried adjusting settings in the Header Builder etc. but nothing seems to work.
Attached is a screenshot indicating what the header currently looks like on the majority of the pages, versus how I would like it to appear.

Also, I also seem unable to adjust the position of the Menu so as to appear more centred or to the right. Please advise how I can go about this, as none of the setting changes I have made seem to work.

In the pages where you want to remove the gap add this CSS to Page settings http://prntscr.com/jxogi8

.main-page-wrapper {
    padding-top: 0;
}

In order to correct the height of a row in the header, navigate to Woodmart > Header Builder > http://prntscr.com/jxohbm and correct the height.
