Adjust popup display time

I want to adjust the popup display time, that is, when the user surfs the web for about 30 seconds, the popup will appear.

Can you help me? Thank you

Hello,

Navigate to Theme Settings > General > Promo Popup and set the Popup delay. You can Show popup after some time (in milliseconds).

But it seems to only show up once, on 1 browser, I closed that browser and reopened it but the popup still doesn’t show up

According to the Popup working, it works per Session (i.e. if you have closed it or used it one time while you are using the website, it doesn’t pop up again). But if you have closed the Browser then the Session gets closed too and it will show up again because the Session has ended.
