Adjusting blog featured image size

Good day!
I hope you are well.

Could you please tell me how to adjust the featured image size of a single blog post on PC?
Preferly that it keeps it size that the image has been uploaded in.

This is a single post design. Navigate to Theme Settings > Blog > Single Post > Single Post Design. You can use different designs for your single post page.

Thank you for your reply.
I think you were misunderstanding me.

It was about adjusting the featured image of a blog post.
However, i found by search tool how to disable it completly inside the blog post.

I’ll add it manualy back with elementor, as a image to solve it that way.

So case closed,
