starmondayParticipantHi,
I am encountering JS pop-up error randomly when editing/adding products/pages. When i open my Chrome Javascript Console, attached screenshot shows one of the error (sometimes the error will popup 3-5 times, some are error 400, some error 503 etc).
Upon searching online, it seems that WPBakery plugin is the issue (https://kinsta.com/blog/admin-ajax/).
I deactivated the plugin, the error pop-up is gone, and when i re-activate the plugin, the error pop-up is back. As WPBakery plugin is critical for WoodMart, may I know how I can resolve this?

Artem TemosKeymasterHi,
Could you please provide us your admin access so we can see it? How exactly to reproduce this error? Please, activate debug mode in wp-config.php file and check your server error logs as well.
Regards

starmondayParticipantH Artem, the error happens randomly when I add / remove categories on existing items after saving it. Or after I load a add Product page. Sometimes it happens quickly, sometimes only after many attempts, and sometimes it happens once, and sometimes multiple errors at the same time.
I have activated debug mode.
I just triggered the error too.
Please see the temp access below, thank you so much!

starmondayParticipantJust managed to trigger the error which came 4 times in a row when i merely load the “Add New” Product page, pls see attached screenshot.
The page had to reload automatically after i click ok on the error pop-up.

Artem TemosKeymasterPlease, disable all external plugins first.

starmondayParticipantHi Artem, i have deactivated all external plugins, and i saw CMB2 in the error message’s details, so I deactivated it too, now the error seems to be gone. so could the problem be CMB2 plugin?
August 2, 2018 at 11:50 am #70660
Artem TemosKeymasterNo, CMB2 plugin is required for our theme so please activate it test again.

starmondayParticipantI have turned CBM2 back on, please refer to the login credentials in my earlier msg to see what’s the problem, thank you 🙂

Artem TemosKeymasterWe tested both “add new product” and “edit product” pages but don’t see any errors. Could you please check it now? If you will face the error, please, check your server error logs for that time and send us its records.

starmondayParticipantyes, still have error, less frequent though, pls see attached. Any idea where is the log stored?

Artem TemosKeymasterIn this case, we suggest you to contact your hosting providers and ask for these logs. It seems to be some problem on the server if it happens not each time you load the page.

starmondayParticipantIn the meantime, may I know what’s causing this error? there are 90 of them on every page load:
Mixed Content: The page at ‘<URL>’ was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure font ‘<URL>’. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

Artem TemosKeymasterThese errors come with WPBakery page builder but they don’t harm your website. We hope that they will fix them soon in future updates.

starmondayParticipantHi, is there any tool that I can use to see when an admin page is loaded, what process/script is taking up how much time/resources?
August 3, 2018 at 2:28 pm #70954
Artem TemosKeymasterHi,
Sorry, but we don’t have such tool or plugin.

starmondayParticipantHi,
It seems that my admin-ajax.php issue is resolved when I update to the latest WoodMart v2.9
Just to be certain, may I know what’s been fixed in the following item?
FIXED: Plugins compatibilities bugs with CMB2
