Admin Dashboard Menu and sub-menu not correct

How do I put the admin dashboard menu back to its original setting? I believe the developer that built my website used a null version of Woodmart and as a result it has not been updating (still at 7.1). I purchased my own Woodmart license, deleted the old them, installed the new theme and the developers menu is still there. The big problem is there is no sub menu “Theme License” where I can enter my purchase code so I will receive updates. See attached image.
How do I fix this?
