-is there any way to add coupon in my cart page?
I mean add coupoun to the offscreen my cart.. Like on that image..
Can you advice us..thnks

The coupon is the Woocommerce functionality, There is no option to change this.
Go to: WooCommerce > Settings > General > Enable coupons
Tick the checkbox to Enable the use of coupon codes.

Not about a coupon in woocommerce..
I need a feature that have a note, shipping and coupon in the off screen of cart..just like in the circle mark in the image that i attach..

Sorry to say but right now there is no option in Theme Settings available for that. It requires Customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy scope. Hope you can understand our limitations.

Thanks for sharing the suggestion/feature request with us, I am forwarding this to our development department for considering to add it in the theme, but I am not giving you a guarantee for that because please note that a theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may occur theme heaviness. Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.
