Advanced > hide on mobiles – not working for slider (Aizaz please :o)

After hunting through the forum, I have used the Hide on mobiles button to turn off the slider on mobiles in Elementor for the slider section. It looks hidden in Elementor when I use the responsive view. But it has no effect.

It still shows on mobile phones and looks ugly and makes it really slow.
Please could you help, is urgent…I need to go live in a few days and am sure it was working before.
I’ve put my details in below. Please please could you help…?

So, could you please resolve these concerns at your end and then mention us so that we can look after the initial mentioned concern on your Site and assist you accordingly.
