Advanced menu item settings

Welcome
When adding a new menu item such as a page, the item’s advanced settings do not appear
Through which I can choose an icon or change the display mode, such as the demo menu items
When I add a new item to any list it just gives me a simple setting see attached Image .
I’d like to put menu items like the demo version , settings like : Dropdown settings , Label settings ect ….
