advanced settings for typograhy are not working

I set up different sizes for the single blog post title. however it does not work. Does anybody has an idea.

You can change the menu font color by following these steps:

1. Navigate to: Theme Settings > Typography > Advanced Typography
2. Create a new rule for the “single blog post title” item.
