Advanced Woo Labels – Labels not showing on single product page

Hi,

I have a problem with usage of the Advance Woo Labels plugin. Labels display correctly on products pages but they missed on single product page. When I changed theme to Twenty Twenty-Two everything works fine.

There is button named Akcija in right corner of main navigation which opens on-sale products.

All unnecessary plugins are disabled.

I also noticed that labels disappeared on home page in Ajax products tabs widget after switching tabs!

We don’t see labels on the single product page with the default theme https://gyazo.com/32d2c09bb5c67a7fab0670ad849b6fdd

I tried with a new hook in Woo Advance Labels. When I deleted this new hook labels appeared with the default theme enabled.

Could you please clarify which hook do you use to make it work on the default theme?

I used woocommerce_before_single_product. When I deleted this hook labels appeared.

As we can see, your product page is made with our Layouts builder so no WooCommerce hooks are displayed there at the moment. You can either disable our custom single product page layout or add a special element “Hook” somewhere on your product page.

I mentioned in previous conversation that I noticed that on home page products labels disappeared in Ajax products tabs widget after switching tabs!

It looks like the plugin doesn’t work with dynamically loaded content via AJAX. You need to contact plugin developers for help on this matter.
