affiliate products are adding to cart

i just got your theme. My store sell product directly but have some products that are affiliate products. When i click buy now for an affiliate product it tries to add it to the cart which is not working instead of sending the customer to the affiliate link

Sorry for the inconvenience, but we have checked the mentioned concern on our Test Site regarding the Affiliate Product working and the button is accordingly working fine there. On your Site, can you please once make sure your WoodMart theme and Core plugin is updated to the latest version and then check back the issue again on your Site. The latest version of the Theme running is 7.1.4 and the Core version running is 1.0.36. If it is not updated then you can update the Theme and Core following the Documentation Guide: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/

If the issue still persists after updating the Theme and Core plugin, then could you please once try deactivating all the third party Plugins on your Site, remaining the Theme required ones activated. If the issue gets resolved, then reactivate them one by one to see which Plugin is causing the issue.

If somehow the issue still persists, then please take complete Backup of your Site first, then provide us the WP-ADMIN Login details of your Site in the Private Content field along with the permission to completely debug your Site which includes deactivating all the third party Plugins and removal of on-Site Customization changes too, so that we can thoroughly check this issue on your Site and assist you accordingly.

ok I checked I am running on the latest version the issue disappears when I disable AJAX Add to cart
in single product > add to cart
but I don’t want to lose this function
also, it is working on the product archive mode

i can make a staging site as the site is live

The Product demonstration that we shared with you from our Test Site, was checked with the AJAX Shop option enabled and it was working fine on the Archive page as well as the Single Product page.

So, this issue is specifically arising on your Site which needs to be looked upon.

So, if possible like you mentioned please share the WP-ADMIN Login details of your Staging Site with us having the same issue there too so that we can proceed further with checking the issue and assist you accordingly.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but we have further checked this concern and found out that the Plugin “Elementor Pro” was causing the conflict on your Site in this regard.

When we deactivated that, things were working fine by then. So, it is a third party Plugin conflict not a Theme end issue.

And according to the Envato Policy we don’t provide Support for the third party Plugin issues. You will need to contact the respective Plugin Support in this regard. They will guide you better.

Hope you can understand our limitations in this regard !
