Affordibilty Widget of razorpay is not showing

You really need to help me out, the affordibility widget from razorpay as shown in the screen shot is not visible

we have our staging website in xstore it is very much visible there and we need not to do anything extra, however same is not coming here,
please resolve the issue, please go through the documentation given by razoray

it works in all the theme, I will share the link of my staging website please check there which is in xstore theme

I cannot access to your site.
However, if you are using https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-razorpay/ plugin, then WoodMart has a special widget called Hook in Elementor that you can place to your custom layout and then the plugin will be able to add its custom content there. But I don’t know which one exactly it needs. You can either try to select all hooks one by one or contact plugin developers for help.
