    Hey,

after importing a demo version everything seems to work fine. But after I go to the settings and save settings ( it doesn’t matter what I change), some Icons are disappearing (e.g. shopping cart, compare, Wish,…) and the theme is not showing in fullscreen anymore. This also happens when I click “save options” even if I haven’t changed anything.
I’m using the current Versions of WordPress, Woocommerce and Woodmart.
    Could you please help?

    Hello,

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area.

    Best Regards

    Hello,

I’ve setup a second WordPress Page with no additional Plugins installed. Same Issues here.
I’ve added the URL and Login credentials in the Private Content.

Woodmart isn’t activated on this site because it is only for testing purposes. Please let me know how to fix the issue, so I can replicate it on my live page.

    To replicate the Issue:
    – Please import a Woodmart demo page ( my example: base light)
    – Check the frontend website, everything should be fine
    – After going into the Woodmart settings and clicking “Save Options” revisit the frontend
Now the Icons in the top right are disappeared and a white area appeared on the left side of the website.

The test WordPress installation is hosted on the same server then the live website.

    Thank you in advance 🙂

    Hello,

Your site URL is https:// and your site URL is incorrectly inserted in the Dashboard > General as it is on http://

You can find more information here: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/https-security-ssl-issue/

    Best Regards
