After installing the plugin, the website prompts an error

After I installed your template today, my website prompts “W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /home/customer/www/goosamink.com/public_html/wp-content/advanced-cache.php.
” in the backend. I searched for the plugin name in “Add plugin”, but it is always loading and cannot be accessed. Please check and solve it, okay?
