ha21cnParticipantI installed your Woodmart theme on a new website, but for some reason I can’t access the homepage or open the menu options. Whenever I click on the menu or home page, it shows a 502 error. Strangely, I don’t have any of these problems when I use the default WordPress theme.
When using the Woodmart theme, any front-end editing or product viewing results in a 502 error, but most functions work normally in the admin backend.December 5, 2025 at 3:29 pm #699480

ha21cnParticipantI’m encountering a very strange problem. I only installed the WooCommerce plugin, and the website works perfectly fine when using the default WorldPress theme. It can be accessed normally by any browser. However, once I activate your theme, others can’t access it. This is the first time I’ve encountered this problem.

ha21cnParticipantI recorded a video specifically about the difference between activating the Woodmart theme and the WorldPress default theme. After activating the Woodmart theme, I waited for about 6 minutes before getting a 504 error, but activating the default theme worked immediately.

Artem TemosKeymasterTry to connect to your server using FileZilla or a similar FTP client and edit any file on your website. Let us know if it works for you.

You can fix it by applying patch #
701341. To do this, go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Patcher, find the corresponding patch and click on the “Apply” button. Let us know if it works for you.Kind Regards
