after restore my fils from Backup, the theme start as day zero

I was using the home basic theme.
I try to change to fashion color, but I noticed all of my changes were lost.

I restore all files from backup, but the theme looks like as day zero.
all my changes are lost.

We can not restore the Theme Settings, you will have to restore all. Please make the full backup of your site before any changes. What is your problem now? Are the changes saved when you change the Theme Settings?

I did a full restore as you advised.
the site pages were shown in unformatted view.
I check the theme page, it shows woodmart theme needs to update, so I did the update.

Now the site page formate is good.

but some parts of the pages are disappeared. and some parts are there but not functioning well as a filter in product page.

wpbakery is not working as well

Please add the widgets in Appearance > Widgets > Single page widget area. Sometimes such happens that widgets get reset after a theme change.

I tried to make changes in the widget, but there is any response from WordPress itself.

widget not respond
WPbakery does not respond
many other things are not responding.

I would like to reset all of these problems by restoring my old backup.
unfortunately, UPdraftplus is not functioning anymore after this problem.

I have a manual backup which includes
1- All WordPress directory of my site
2- a database SQL backup (zip file).

but when I restore the file and then restore database by myPHPadmin, the problem is still there as well

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area.

CSS formate of the WordPress dashboard is not working.

but if you scroll down to the below of pads, you will find the formatted content.

I already disabled all unnecessary plugins.

The files CSS and JS are damaged in the WordPress core. It seems they could be demanded in the process of the incorrect backup restore Our theme does not influence that.

The most effective way is to do it with the plugin, for example, free plugin All in one WP migration. Please test it, and make sure your site size is applicable. This plugin export the whole site with a couple clicks then imports the file with a couple of clicks and the site is as it is without any problems.
