Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?
Thank you in advance

ART-koParticipantWhen I disable all WPML plugins it works ok but in your theme Woodmart it says:
WPML Officially Certified (not included)October 1, 2019 at 9:58 am #147795
Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress theme like twentysixteen to understand is it our theme issue or not?

ART-koParticipantOk. But when I switch back to Woodmart would it have the same settings I set (colors, customization…)?

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
The problem may occur when you switch between themes in Appearance -> Themes is that widgets may lose their positions. It is a WordPress behavior and we are not able to fix this in our theme scope. Now, you need to go to Appearance -> Widgets and move all widgets to appropriate positions.
As a workaround, you can backup your widgets configurations using this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/widget-importer-exporter/Regards

ART-koParticipantOk, how should we solve this?
My friend tried the same search and error 500 occured.October 2, 2019 at 1:23 pm #148062
Artem TemosKeymasterHi,
500 Internal Error is a generic error and says about some issue on the server and can be caused by different things. Anyway, to understand its nature you need to see your server error logs or enable PHP error display on the website. If you can’t do this, you need to contact your hosting provider for help in this question. Here is an article that may help you understand the error better http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-internal-server-error-in-wordpress/

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
This error says that you don’t have enough memory on your server and it is a very common WordPress problem. Luckily, there is a very quick way to solve this by increasing the PHP memory limit on your server. We suggest you to contact your hosting company for help in this question. Here is an article about this error that should help you https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/fix-wordpress-memory-exhausted-error-increase-php-memory/
