Navigate to the Theme Settings > Footer check if you have enabled this option, if you have, deactivate the plugins and check

I don’t understand. You say in your log that now there is an automatic back to top when we hit on on a variation.

It does not work. It is not related to the footer at all

You need to enable this option in Theme Settings -> Product page.

I just tested the feature. In fact, the feature is working good when there is only 1 attribute.

But I have a case where I have 2 attributes. In this case, it is totally irrelevant to scroll to top before that a value has been selected for both attributes (which together compose a complete variation).

1) Can you please amend your feature in such way, if you have more than 1 attribute, then the scroll to top is triggered only once an value is selected for each attribute.

1. Yes, it works when the variation is selected and not when the attribute.

2. Please, disable all external plugins and clear the custom CSS field so we can check what is wrong there. We will need your FTP access as well.

I’ve requested you test what I mentionned in my response from March 26, 2019 at 9:09 pm. I was mentionning about the video in private below. You can clearly see there that when you have 2 attributes for a variation, the back to top is applied before that ALL the attributes (which compose 1 variation) are selected. This is not ok, there is no logic to go back to top before that the user has selected all the attributes that compose 1 variation. This should be amended.

Then, I was talking about a second issue which is the fact that the back-to-top is performing a scoll that is not smooth. It should be.

Our theme has never provided the option to scroll to top after attribute selection. A buyer first chooses the variation and then go to the top to see the image of the variation.

Yes, the option says that it will scroll top after variation select, not the attribute click.

That’s exactly the point ! It should scroll to top after variation is selected. But for a variation to be selected, all the attributes that compose it should first be selected.

Take the case of a variation that has 2 attributes : before going to the top, all the attributes should be selected. But in my product, it goes to top just after selecting 1 attribute our of 2…

I don’t understand why you guys just don’t read what we write in our posts seriously…? Just read what I wrote in my initial ticket and you’ll understand why I’m wasting my time writing this again… Here again, I’m just repeating what I wrote initially… This is not a way of working guys

Do you mean that before the update it worked when you clicked on both attributes and now only when you click it once?

I’ve put “AFTER UPDATE” in the title because I created this ticket after the update that brought this feature. Since then, I’m trying to make you understand that it does NOT work correclty.

So it’s not related to the release of this month, but from the initial release that brought the feature.

This option was available before the update but for some specific product page layouts. So that was the confusion.

I’ve found the file. I removed the code as you said and it works great now.

But I have still an issue with this same scroll to top. If you check on the same product page, when you have this trigger going to top, it’s not smooth. Why? I remind again that all external plugins are disabled.
