After update to 6.2 all settings have disappeared

After the latest upgrade, all of our custom CSS-code and all theme settings have disappeared. Now it´s the standard theme version… Will you send an fix for this?

Could you please clarify how exactly did you update the theme? Are you able to restore a backup and we will try to repeat this process step by step to see why it happens?

We first updated the theme from standard update-core.php and then we updated the core.
Unfortunately we don’t have any backup…
In addition, new settings in the theme, such as setting the Default header (https://www.poly.se/wp-admin/admin.php?page=xtemos_options&tab=general_section), Brand carousel etc doesn’t seem to save.
It seems to be a bug in our 6.2 update and we have already fixed it. We are very sorry for the inconvenience with this. But if you don’t have a backup, it needs to be configured from scratch. Please, update the theme to the 6.2.1 version.
So because of you bug, we have to reconfigure the entire site??
It is not the entire site but Theme Settings only. We are very sorry for the trouble.
We suggest you contact your hosting provider for backup. If you can get at least the database backup, we can restore your Theme Settings manually for you.
Ok, we don´t have any backup (which of course we should have), so nothing to do, but to try to remember the settings…

Sorry, but there is no such option in our theme and WooCommerce by default. It may require additional code customization or extra plugin but we don’t have an instruction for this. It is out of our theme support scope.
