After updating the theme delivery methods are not shown

I have an issue. After updating the theme to the latest version my delivery methods are disappeared. As a result I have a message, both on Cart and on Checkout, informing, I need to type an address before selecting avaliable methods.
Attention! Delivery methods are seen for logged users.

Are these shipping methods default by Woocommerce or ensured by a plugin? Please restore your site from the backup and provide your site admin access I will update and we shall check.
