nik6otParticipantHello! Updated the WOODMART theme and now the mobile menu has stopped working! The settings are all the same. Help me to understand 🙂
And the second question is within the framework of this ticket.
Also, after the update, the display is broken
in the upper right part of the menu (Login / Register, Wishlist)
How to fix it?September 17, 2019 at 9:34 am #144522
Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?
Thank you in advance
September 17, 2019 at 9:51 am #144531
nik6otParticipantSure.
I turned it off.
Give it a try.September 17, 2019 at 11:07 am #144556
Artem TemosKeymasterYou have some unclosed
<small>
tag somewhere in your footer widgets or copyrights. Please, check them carefully.September 17, 2019 at 11:34 am #144572
nik6otParticipantBecause of this, the mobile menu does not work?
But I do not understand the code. Where to look for this tag?

Artem TemosKeymasterCheck copyrights area in Theme Settings -> Footer and footer widgets in Appearance -> Widgets. Seems that some HTML tag is opened but not closed. Or try to remove it completely.

Artem TemosKeymasterYes, the code seems to be incorrect there.

nik6otParticipantI do not see that this code is related to the problem of the mobile menu. After updating the theme, the menu on my mobile device does not work. You can pick up and access my site from your mobile phone
The second problem is related to the display of some elements of the site. Look at the picture.

Artem TemosKeymasterCould you please temporarily disable external plugins and switch to the parent theme as well?
September 18, 2019 at 7:13 am #144811
nik6otParticipantSwitch to parent theme.
September 18, 2019 at 9:17 am #144813
Artem TemosKeymasterSo now it is working well. Please, check.
September 18, 2019 at 10:04 am #144859
nik6otParticipantThanks for the support!
Everything works in the parent theme, does not work in the child.
Tell me what you need to do so that in the child theme everything looks the same as the parentSeptember 18, 2019 at 11:55 am #144905
Artem TemosKeymasterIt means that you have some custom code in the child theme from the previous version. You need to redo your customization and take the code from our latest version.

nik6otParticipantArеtem! I need instructions on how to do this. Send me her please.
I do not understand codesSeptember 18, 2019 at 4:45 pm #144931
Artem TemosKeymasterIn this case, just use parent theme and remove the child theme. By default, our child theme is empty and the code you have there is added and developed by you or your developer. We are not able to provide instruction on how to fix the code developed by you.

nik6otParticipantArtem,
Well, in your topic there is the same opportunity to work with a child theme. So I want to take this opportunity.
The fact is that I use a child theme so that my achievements are not lost with various plugin updates. I would not want to abandon the use of a children’s theme.
If there is no instruction, just tell me where to copy the code of the updated parent theme and where to paste it into the child theme. I need a standard theme code, I do not make any improvements to the codeSeptember 19, 2019 at 6:17 am #145092
Artem TemosKeymasterYou don’t need to copy anything, by default the child theme is empty. If you don’t need to do any customization, just restore the child theme original files from the package downloaded from ThemeForest.
