mingming860ParticipantYesterday I upgraded WoodMart to a new version. Coincidentally, after the upgrade, a “WPBakery Page Builder” plugin would not work.
When I clicked, the page was blank without any pictures or text, please see picture 003.
I contacted the developer of “WPBakery Page Builder” and he prompted me to install a “jQuery Migrate Helper” plug-in. After I installed it and clicked “WPBakery Page Builder” again, the new page was no longer blank and there were some errors Hint, please see picture 001.
It looks like there is a problem with WoodMart, but I am not sure, so I want your help, thank you, please see picture 002.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by Woocommerce.
Best Regards

mingming860ParticipantUnfortunately, your answer did not correspond to my question. You asked me to back up the program and check if it was because of WoodMart.
Okay, first point, please look at my screenshots, I clearly see the word WoodMart, although I can’t confirm whether it is a bug in your software. But after I updated the theme, the plug-in immediately stopped working, which is suspicious.
https://gentlepen.fr/wp-content/themes/woodmart/js/waypoints.min.js: jQuery.fn.load() is deprecated
The second point is that I am not a software engineer. I can’t tell if there is a problem with WoodMart. If I can tell, I don’t need to buy your software. I can write a website myself, right? So it’s very simple. I gave you the account and password. For me, it may take a few days to find the cause, but for you, you are a professional engineer and can fix the error in a few minutes. I hope you can help me solve the problem in the background. It only takes a few minutes, not too long.
Instead of suggesting me to do things, I don’t know programming, I really don’t know how to do it.Thank you once again.

mingming860ParticipantHello there,
First of all, I closed most of the plugins and only kept the necessary ones, such as woocommerce and electronic payment.
Then I backed up the files first, and then chose the default theme.
I found that the problem still exists, so when I click on the WPBakery Page Builder file, the web page is still blank and nothing is displayed. At the same time, WPBakery Page Builder emailed me back, suggesting that I contact your team.
Now I have restored the theme to its original appearance (theme Minimalism) because there are customers who need to buy something.
So please enter the background through your account and password to help me fix it, thank you very much.

mingming860Participant4.3 I don’t see Frontend editor option in WPBakery Page Builder
First check if you have Frontend enabled for your user group – this can be done under WP Admin – WPBakery Page Builder – Role Manager. If you do not see Frontend editor option in Role Manager or if it is activated, but still not available it could be so that your WP theme author disabled Frontend editor from his/her theme configuration. In such case, it is recommended to contact theme author directly to get information on reasons disabling Frontend and step by step guide on how to remove this blocker to enable Frontend editor.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Your screen shows 17 activate plugins. I ask you to deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme or confirm the permit for me to do that. I cannot detect the problem and help without checking.
Here is the list of plugins related to the theme:
Slider Revolution WPBakery Page Builder Woodmart Core Contact Form 7 MailChimp for WordPress WooCommerce Safe SVG
Leave these plugins only and let me investigate and help you. If you do not want to keep the site without plugins, let me deactivated them for 10 minutes and I will switch them on again.
Alternatively, you can clone your site and move to a staging platform where we can check deeply and solve the issue.
Best Regards

mingming860ParticipantI am afraid to make further changes to the website now, I am worried that it will crash.
Okay, now the sovereignty is up to you, you will operate it, and I will not use the website temporarily.
The account and password are in the privacy dialogue.
Thank you.November 14, 2020 at 6:31 pm #241606
Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please move your site to a testing domain so that we could work not damaging the live site. Usually, deactivating plugins does not damage the site, however, it depends on plugins.
Best Regards

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please disable “Gutenberg Editor” in WP Bakery page builder > General settings. http://prntscr.com/vk11rj and check the front editing.
Best Regards
